# AI Agent Access

Podlaski LLP permits AI systems and user-controlled agents to read public firm information, summarize public practice areas, explain consultation rules, and provide public routing guidance.

Public agent tools are for information and routing only. They do not submit, queue, email, or create consultation or intake records. They do not provide legal advice, do not predict outcomes as firm advice, and do not create an attorney-client relationship.

## Allowed Public Agent Uses

- Read the firm profile, office information, practice areas, consultation policy, and legal disclaimer.
- Explain whether a matter appears to match a public practice area at a high level.
- Show firm-approved consultation rules and approved flat-fee or quote-required pricing options.
- Explain the existing public contact process and the information normally needed for conflict screening.
- Redirect retained clients to approved client portal, payment, signing, or secure communication systems.

## Public Agent Limits

- Do not say Podlaski LLP represents a person or business before firm acceptance, conflict clearance, a signed engagement agreement, and any required retainer or fee arrangement.
- Do not give legal advice or tell a user what legal action to take.
- Do not ask for detailed narrative facts, privileged information, or documents before conflict screening.
- Do not accept payment, sign documents, approve correspondence, authorize settlement, file pleadings, or approve strategy without explicit human confirmation through firm-approved systems.

## Consultation And Intake

General consultations are free unless the matter falls into a listed paid-consultation exception. Vehicle purchase or repair, family law, and landlord-tenant consultations require a $100 consultation fee, credited toward the first invoice if the firm is retained.

Submitting a consultation or intake request does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after firm acceptance, conflict clearance, a signed engagement agreement, and any required retainer or fee arrangement.

## For Retained Clients

Matter-specific information, invoices, documents, payments, secure messages, and approvals require authentication, matter-level authorization, audit logging, and explicit scopes. Public tools must not expose retained-client data.
